About the project
The Chilla Fest program was held simultaneously in 5 parks of the capital: Lokomotiv Park, Anhor-Lokomotiv Park, Central Park, Abdulla Kadiri Park and Green Park. Information and entertainment zones, art objects and performances by dance and vocal groups were added to the existing attractions.
Chilla Fest opened with the broadcast of the welcoming speech of the acting khokim of Tashkent Jahongir Artikhojaev. He shared his plans for the transformation of the urban environment and described the work carried out and future projects in the field of urban infrastructure development.
